Our Genuine UV Printed Iron Soft Enamel pin is a high end looking economical version of our hard enamel pins.  Through advancements in machinery we are now able to print on soft enamel colors!  Pins are used as important symbols designating membership as well as achievement.  They are often sought after as collectibles and are frequently bought by corporations, colleges, and the public sector as well as used as sports trading pins.  Stamped from a steel die, the pin is struck creating raised contour lines and recessed cavities which are filled with soft enamels and kiln fired one color at a time. Screen printing is added for fine text when metal walls are not possible to capture intricate details.

UV SCREEN PRINTING:  

Add $0.18 (P) plus a $40 (V) Setup for each additional printed color

ENAMEL COLORS: 

Add $0.10 (R) for each additional soft enamel color

PLATING: 

Choose from Gold, Nickel, Black or Copper.

Antique Gold, Silver or Cooper upcharge is $0.20 (R)

Double plating (gold/silver) upcharge is $0.50 (R)

BACKING:

Deluxe Jeweler’s Clutch add $0.35 (V)

Safety Bar Pin add $0.20 (V)

Magnet Back add $0.50 (V) single or $0.75 (V) double

ENHANCEMENTS: 

Synthetic Stone add $0.35 (V) plus $25 (V) mold insert
