Our Genuine Printed Hard Enamel pins are a modern version of the traditional cloisonné process using poly resin enamels that offer PMS color matching.  Presenting a jewelry like finish, these elegant pins offer the highest perceived value.  Used as an important symbol designating membership as well as achievement.  They are often sought after as collectibles and are frequently bought by corporations, colleges, and the public sector. Stamped from a steel die, the pin is struck creating raised contour lines and recessed cavities which are filled with enamels and kiln fired one color at a time. Screen printing is added for fine text when metal walls are not possible to capture intricate details.

SCREEN PRINTING:  

Add $0.12 (P) plus a $30 (V) Setup for each additional printed color

ENAMEL COLORS: 

Add $0.10 (V) for each additional enamel color

PLATING: 

Choose from Gold, Nickel, Black or Copper.

Antique Gold, Silver or Cooper upcharge is $0.20 (R)

Double plating (gold/silver) upcharge is $0.50 (R)

BACKING:
