Soft Enamel:  is an elegant yet more affordable alternative to hard enamel.  A custom 3-dimensional die is created which is then used to stamp out the ridges and recesses of your design into a sheet of metal.  Afterwards the backng is added and the pin is plated in your choice of metal.   Then liquid PMS-matched colored resin is injected into the recesses of the base metal finding. Metal walls are required between colors. The enamels are then baked dry and an optional epoxy dome can be added for protection.
